1. Contracting entity

Axon (live) and LeaseLink (coming soon) services are provided by HERSTELLUNG SRL (public brand: XDBX Europe), registered in Bucharest, Romania, CUI 37840570, D-U-N-S 536224220.

2. Service scope

Axon is a modular platform for scheduling, space design, and HR workflows, including modules such as Orbis, Locus, Atlas, and Civitas. LeaseLink is a rental operations platform for landlords and tenants, including statements, billing records, and lease coordination workflows. LeaseLink availability may be limited to preview or staged rollout phases until general launch.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• Users must provide accurate account and organization information.
• Customers are responsible for credential security and authorized account activity.
• The service may not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, security violations, or unauthorized access attempts.

4. Pricing, trials, and subscriptions

Published pricing and free-trial offers are subject to plan details shown at purchase time. Fees, billing periods, and subscription terms are confirmed in the customer billing flow or written commercial agreement.

5. Customer data and privacy

Customers retain rights to their submitted business data. Platform operation requires limited processing as described in the Privacy Policy. Each party remains responsible for applicable legal obligations in relation to personal data.

6. Intellectual property

Axon and LeaseLink software, documentation, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No transfer of ownership is made by providing access to the service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to maintain reliable service availability and may update features, modules, and infrastructure to improve security, performance, and product quality. Coming soon or pre-release services may change prior to general availability.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, security risks, non-payment, or unlawful activity. Customers may request account closure according to applicable agreement terms.

9. Liability and governing law

Except where prohibited by law, service is provided on an as-available basis and indirect damages are excluded to the extent permitted. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
